There’s nothing more I love than home decor and shopping for it… absolutely nothing. As much as I sometimes want to go crazy and splurge, I have to hold back and remember that I am not rich (lol).

With the holidays upon us, I love decorating but have to stay on a budget. So I’ve put together a quick guide on how to create a holiday table setting without breaking the bank.

Buy fabric by the yard instead of a tablecloth. Tablecloths can get pricey, especially when you’ll purchase a few for different parties and gatherings. Investing on fabric will be worth it in the long run.

The Dollar Tree. This place is a hit or miss for me, but lately I’ve been finding some really great things like these vintage goblets (click here for reference).

Home Goods and TJ Maxx. These two places can be dangerous but they have amazing things. They’re usually my go-to half of the time I am home shopping.

Use accent pieces you already own. Don’t be afraid to use what you already have at home. I constantly rearrange my home, which often times I rearrange the accent pieces as well. The majority of the time, I use accent pieces I already own when decorating my dining table.

Ross store. Did you know they offer senior citizen discounts on Tuesdays? I didn’t until recently. Already they’re prices are reasonable and I always find great things. So grab your mom, aunt, grandma, neighbor – whoever and take them with you on Tuesdays. 😉

I hope you find these tips helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to comment or DM on instagram.
